Nike Training Club – designing for motivation, not just workouts.
A collaborative UX Plus case study exploring how personalization, clearer choices and visible progress could make the NTC journey feel more supportive.
Team & role
Spring Power · 3-person collaborative project. Research, data analysis, opportunity definition, UX/UI and prototyping were shared across the team, with key decisions refined together.

01 · Research
We started by understanding where motivation breaks.
The research combined benchmark analysis, surveys and interviews. The strongest pattern was not a lack of workouts – it was friction around choosing, personalizing and seeing progress.

02 · From evidence to direction
The journey showed us when support mattered most.
Before training, people needed less choice anxiety. During training, they needed relevance and accompaniment. After training, they needed progress to feel visible and worth returning to.

04 · Interactive prototype
The concept makes more sense when you can move through it.
Explore the Nike Ready flow directly inside the portfolio.
05 · Nike Boost & validation plan
The second step was about continuity.
Nike Boost extended the idea into activity, achievements and recap. Because this was a concept project, the percentages shown were future validation targets – not claimed product results.

06 · Demo Day
We closed by telling the product story as one connected system.
The team presented the proposal at Human Experience Hub, connecting research, product thinking and the final experience into one narrative.
